The Beauty Tea Ritual
A botanical moment of care: explore the Beauty Tea blend, preparation, hair-rinse directions, and important safety considerations.

A moment of care, fit for your crown. A comforting cup and a topical hair rinse are different uses with different considerations. Review the full ingredient list and personal suitability before choosing either; botanical does not mean risk-free.
Before drinking the blend
Ask a qualified clinician or pharmacist about the ingredients, especially He Shou Wu, which has been associated with liver injury. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, liver conditions, and medication use call for individual advice before ingestion. Do not treat this tea as a hair-loss therapy.
The botanical blend
He Shou Wu, goji berry, oat milky tops, horsetail, nettle leaf, ginger, lemongrass, rosemary, and marshmallow root.
Steep. Unwind. Savor.
If your clinician has confirmed suitability for drinking the blend, place 1 teaspoon of tea into your strainer. Add to a cup of boiled water and steep for 3–5 minutes, then strain. Enjoy warm or over ice, with honey or citrus if desired. Rest, reflect, pray, or journal.
A refreshing hair rinse
Prepare the tea as above. Strain thoroughly and allow it to cool completely. Pour gently over your hair and scalp, or apply with a spray bottle. Massage lightly. If desired, cover with a shower cap. Relax for 20–30 minutes, then shampoo, condition, and style as usual.
Before using it as a rinse
Allow the prepared tea to cool completely and strain it thoroughly. Review sensitivities, avoid contact with the eyes, and do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Stop use if irritation occurs.
Keep care coordinated
If you have recently received a scalp service, confirm whether a rinse fits your aftercare instructions. Share botanical products with the team alongside the rest of your routine.
Does the tea treat thinning or a scalp condition?
The ritual is not a treatment claim. Unexplained thinning or persistent symptoms needs an appropriate assessment rather than relying on tea or a rinse.
Can I use it with my current medication?
Ask your prescribing clinician or pharmacist to review the ingredient list before drinking it. Do not discontinue medication to use a botanical blend.
