Your first appointment
Plan your consultationWhere should I start if I am unsure which service I need?
Begin with a Free 15-Min Virtual Consultation. Share your main concern and ask whether a trichology assessment, styling consultation, or another service is the appropriate next step.
What should I bring to a consultation?
Bring a timeline, your product and styling routine, relevant medications and health history, and dated photos if available. Do not stop prescribed treatment in preparation for a visit.
Can treatment happen during the free call?
The call is for planning and questions. Hands-on scalp imaging and treatments require the appropriate appointment at the clinic.
What if I need urgent care?
This website and the Free 15-Min Virtual Consultation are not emergency services. Seek appropriate medical care for urgent symptoms rather than waiting for a cosmetic consultation.
How do I ask about pricing or rescheduling?
Call 602-737-2407 or contact the team through the provided email. Confirm the quoted service, inclusions, and scheduling policies directly.
Are treatment prices the same for every client?
The catalog lists consultation guidance rather than a single price for all plans. Ask for the recommended service, what is included, and the price before scheduling a treatment series.
Can I receive every service virtually?
Virtual conversations can help with planning. Hands-on services and in-suite imaging require a clinic visit. Confirm the format of your particular appointment with the team.
Hair loss & assessment
Explore hair loss careWhat does a whole-person approach mean?
It means listening to your concerns and considering your routines and history alongside what is observed at the scalp. It does not mean that every hair concern has the same cause or requires the same treatment.
Can an assessment replace a medical diagnosis?
No. Some changes require evaluation by an appropriate medical professional. Ask the team when a referral or further medical assessment is warranted.
When should I seek medical attention?
Sudden patchy loss, pain, sores, bleeding, or rapid change should be evaluated promptly by a qualified medical professional. Do not delay evaluation while trying a cosmetic service or home remedy.
How long will it take to see a change?
There is no universal timeline. Ask how progress will be assessed, which changes are realistic for your situation, and when the plan should be reviewed. Regrowth is not guaranteed.
Is every treatment right for every kind of hair loss?
No. Suitability depends on your scalp, history, and the reason for the change. An assessment helps guide recommendations; no service can promise the same result for everyone.
Scalp Comfort & Care
Explore scalp careCan I book a treatment if my scalp is sore?
Explain the soreness before booking. Severe pain, spreading redness, sores, drainage, or rapid hair loss needs prompt medical evaluation. A soothing service is not a replacement for that care.
Should I change all of my products before visiting?
Bring a list or photographs of your current products first. Describe anything new and what happened after using it. Avoid layering new oils or exfoliants onto an irritated scalp.
Is scalp care the same as hair-loss treatment?
They can overlap, but they are not interchangeable. Your appointment should address both the condition of the scalp and any separate changes in density, shedding, or breakage.
Alma TED
Explore Alma TEDHow long is an Alma TED session?
The manufacturer patient brochure describes approximately 20–25 minutes for treatment. AGAPE’s 90-minute evaluation is a separate appointment. Confirm the full visit duration and what is included with the team.
How many treatments should I expect?
The manufacturer recommends at least three treatments, one month apart. Your practitioner will discuss an individual plan, whether further or maintenance visits are appropriate, and the current quote before you begin.
What does treatment feel like?
The manufacturer describes warmth and a ringing sound during the needle-free treatment. Experiences vary. Discuss comfort and sensitivities beforehand, and tell your practitioner if you feel uncomfortable; a painless experience is not guaranteed.
When might I see a change?
The brochure describes possible early changes around one month after the first treatment, with additional sessions recommended. That is not a guaranteed timeline. Response varies, and some people may not see the change they hope for. Review progress with your practitioner rather than relying on promotional examples.
Can Alma TED replace medical evaluation or prescribed treatment?
No. Sudden patchy loss, pain, sores, rapid change, or possible scarring warrants appropriate medical evaluation. Alma TED is not a diagnosis or a substitute for prescribed treatment. Coordinate any treatment changes with your clinician.
Will I need blood testing?
The existing AGAPE evaluation offering includes discussion of blood chemistry when needed. Ask who recommends and interprets any testing, whether it is appropriate for you, and whether separate costs apply.
What should I do before and after treatment?
Get the team’s specific instructions for scalp preparation, washing, styling, and topical products. Do not assume oils, exfoliation, or other scalp services are appropriate immediately before or after treatment. Discuss any irritation before your appointment.
What does Alma TED cost at AGAPE?
Contact AGAPE for current pricing and a personalized quote. Confirm whether the evaluation, treatment series, products, imaging, and follow-up are included or priced separately.
